Welcome to my Policies Page!

This page explains my various policies, pricing information, and an FAQ for those with a common question, however, if you have a question that is not answered on this page, don't hesitate to reach out to my email at [email protected] !

General Policies!

  1. For individual sessions, I will speak directly with the individual who will be the subject of the session to make sure that their vision for the session can be accommodated best! This however can be changed if the individual would like another person to be the point of contact, however, that must come from the individual, before I contact any other person!

  2. I am allowed to remove anyone from the photo session if I feel that is needed, this includes parents, friends, the person paying for the session (if not the individual), etc. I will not tolerate any sort of disrespect towards the individual of the session as being in front of a camera can be a bit of a nerve-wracking situation. However, if having a positive and encouraging friend helps the individual(s) in the session, I love to have extra people to create a more positive environment for the individual! Just know that there will not be extra photos provided by me, of your support person(s)!

  1. I work my hardest to get your pictures back to you promptly, however, depending on the number of individuals in the session and the time of year, as a college student, it can be difficult to get pictures back to you the very next day! In case you're worried about when you will get your photos back, we can agree on a deadline for when you will receive them when we book!

  1. For group sessions (3+ people), I will bring a friend of mine to help keep me on track with the schedule that I create beforehand and will send it to you, so you can have an idea of how your time is being used! This also helps make sure that I am hitting all of the locations needed and spreading out the time evenly. This is included in the price for the booking.

  1. For groups bigger than 3, I require a deposit upfront to secure your day/time and because these sessions need more time on the frontend than individual sessions. The deposit is 50 dollars, and will go towards your end amount after the session. If this deposit is too much, we can work together on an amount we both feel is fair, but understand that I am allowed to cancel your session, with notice, if the deposit is not placed.

  1. I prefer payment to be made at the completion of the photo session, however, if needed, payment can wait for a few days after the session. With this though, photos will be held from the individual(s) if payment has not been received by me. I accept both cash, Venmo, and check! I will work with groups and splitting up the price evenly, if need be! This price can be split among members evenly for time involved in the session, if a person did not want individual photos, I will calculate what their split total is based on their time at the session.

My Pricing!

This is just general pricing information and can change depending on travel distance, the number of individuals in a group, and if the photo session is extended for any reason! However, that being said, these prices are a good gage for you to plan on!

Individual Sessions

My sessions are all 100 dollars an hour, and therefore 50 dollars for every half hour! This goes for both senior pictures and graduation photos. I do all of my sessions based on a flat rate, so however many outfits/locations you can fit into this time, we will do! I am not above running to get the perfect shot!

As a general recommendation, I like to pick locations that can have multiple different backgrounds because often traveling to those destinations can take up a bulk of that time if they are not close together. However, that being said, I always recommend an hour and a half session for 3+ outfit looks and an hour session for 2 or so looks This allows for adequate changing time and touchups if needed!

Small Family Sessions (2-4 Individuals) + Couple Sessions

Do you want to commemorate your engagement or a big moment in your new family's life? Then this is the session for you! These sessions follow my general format, but can sometimes require a bit more planning up front because I want to capture your exciting occasions as best as I can! Couple sessions are 75 dollars an hour, but are relegated to one location and one or two outfits, this is because I like to switch up the pictures with angles/distances of the two of you, or your small family! These sessions usually require a bit more time to edit and some more back and forth about what editing styles you would like!

This photo session does not require a deposit, but will require a fair amount of communication back and forth, so that I can make your vision come to life! If there are any questions on what these types of sessions can/will look like, feel free to reach out to me or go through my galleries!

FAQ Section!

  1. How many photos can I expect to receive in my session?

For individual photos, I guarantee 20 per half hour of the session. However, there are often more photos than this, especially in an hour-long session, I usually have around 50-70 quality pictures, but I guarantee 40 an hour! For group pictures, this rule of thumb is usually pretty accurate, but if groups are also doing individual photos, there will be less pictures because of time constraints! I can give you a closer estimate prior to booking if you would like, but as an example, if there is a group of 4 and they all want individual photos as well as group photos, I would recommend doing an hour and a half session where every individual gets around 15 photos (15 minutes each) and then about 20 photos for the group! If you have any inquiries about this, reach out to me at [email protected] !

  1. What happens if the group session is running late, but we haven't gotten to someone yet?

I always try to make sure that we stay on schedule, but sometimes things happen! I am not going to skip someone who paid for individual photos just because of time constraints, but I might ask that we schedule a different time to take their photos in case I have somewhere to be! I will always honor my agreement, however, if I feel that the group is purposefully trying to extend their session, I reserve the right to skip people or shorten the time each individual has in order to meet within the time constraints!
