Accessibility
Addison Heller Photography is committed to making this website welcoming and usable for everyone, including people who browse with assistive technology. We want every visitor to be able to view our work, learn about our sessions, and reach out with ease.
Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing effort rather than a one-time task. As we add new photos, pages, and features, we work to keep them perceivable, operable, and understandable.
What we do
- Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images, so screen-reader users know what is pictured.
- A clear heading structure and readable, high-contrast text throughout.
- Menus, links, and buttons that can be reached and operated with a keyboard.
- Respect for reduced-motion settings, so animations calm down when your device asks them to.
- Layouts that adapt to phones, tablets, and desktops.
Third-party content
Some content on this site, such as embedded booking calendars, maps, or social feeds, is provided by third parties, and portions of it may not yet be fully accessible. Where that is the case, we are glad to help you reach the same information another way.
Tell us how we are doing
If you run into a barrier on this site, or you need any information here in a different format, please tell us. Your feedback genuinely helps us improve. Email addisonhellerphotography@gmail.com and we will do our best to respond promptly and provide what you need.
